Frequently asked questions
Here are the top questions our clients ask before getting started.
Do I have to be on camera?
Yes. This only works if we show you and your real projects. I come to your jobsites and/or showroom in person. We walk finished projects, record simple conversations, and capture video of the work. You don’t need to act or read a script – I guide the questions and pull the story out of you – but you do need to be willing to be on camera and have completed jobs to show.
How is this different from hiring an agency for Google, SEO, or ‘more leads’?
This is not a single tactic; it’s an end‑to‑end system that generates new customers from scratch and tracks them from ad → lead → estimate → sold job. You’ll know what it actually costs to win a project. At the same time, the content we create positions you as the authority in your market, not just “another contractor” in a list of links.
Why is video such a big deal here? Everyone already has photos.
Your competition are using photos, stock images, or AI‑generated ads. But real video increase your visibility and closes the trust gap. Homeowners making five and six -figure decisions choose the person they trust most. Real video shows them your real quality, so they don't feel at risk. We use it to explain projects, show details, and educate people on how to choose the right contractor. It’s marketing the way it’s supposed to be: with respect for the customer and real education, while building a long‑term asset of proof and goodwill for your business.
Will this work for my type of contracting business?
This is a fit if your work is high‑end, visually showable, and a considered purchase. Think remodelers, design‑build, premium flooring, custom interiors, exterior transformations – projects where people research, compare options, and care about quality and trust. You run in‑home estimates, you have finished jobs you’re proud of, and your projects are big enough that a better customer pipeline really matters. If that’s you, this is what we built the system for.
What should we expect in the short term vs the long term?
Short term, once your campaigns are live, the goal is straightforward: real leads and booked appointments in the first month your ads are running, and more sales from better, warmer conversations. Long term, every project we film and every campaign we run adds to your moat: you become more known, more trusted, and harder to compete with. You’re not just getting leads; you’re building a durable position as the go‑to authority in your market.
